Welcome Parents!  Please read the information below to prepare and gather all required documents to upload during the Online Registration process.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your school of residence.

TK and Kinder Age Requirements (2025 – 2026 School Year)

• TK – for the 2025-26 school year, a child is eligible for TK if they turn four by September 1, 2025.

• Kindergarten – To be eligible for Kindergarten a child must be five on or before September 1, 2025.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS – upload to online Registration

1. VERIFICATION OF AGE

• Birth Certificate

• Baptismal Certificate

• Passport

2. VERFICATION OF IMMUNIZATIONS

• Immunization Record (up to date)

3. VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY (dated within the last 30 days)

• Utility Bill (Electric, Gas, Water, Trash)

• Property Tax Statement

• Rental Property Contract, lease or payment receipt

• Pay stub

Forms to be submitted to School Site

• Oral Health Assessment

• Housing Questionnaire

• Alternative Income Form 2025 - 2026 (English or Spanish)

• Household Income Data Form 2024 - 2025 (English or Spanish)

Returning Student Documents & Forms Required

1. VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY (dated within the last 30 days)

• Utility Bill (Electric, Gas, Water, Trash)

• Property Tax Statement

• Rental Property Contract, lease or payment receipt

• Pay stub

2. 7th Grade TDAP: All 7th grade students must submit proof of TDAP vaccination

Forms to be submitted to School Site

• Housing Questionnaire

• Alternative Income Form 2025 - 2026 (English or Spanish)

• Household Income Data Form 2024 - 2025 (English or Spanish)

Registration is not complete until all proper documentation has been received and reviewed by school site staff. Once documentation has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email from your school of residence stating your registration has been approved.
